These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sciport AI (“Sciport,” “we,” “us”), including sciport.ai and any related services. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Sciport is a personal AI briefing service, currently in active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we build, and parts of the service are provided on a pre-launch or beta basis.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Misuse, scrape, or resell the service or its content.

Intellectual property

Sciport and its content, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don’t grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Third-party services

Sciport relies on third-party providers (such as Amazon Web Services and Google sign-in). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any briefing is complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sciport will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Sciport evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
